Celebrating World Sight Day

On World Sight Day 2022, Eye of the World Team celebrated the day with a remarkable achievement of 3000 successful cataract surgeries in the campsite. We remember haj Ali, a man who came to this camp after 10 years of blindness, assisted with a crutch and a helper. A day after his successful cataract surgery, he regained his independence and walked without any help. Thousands of stories like Ali’s made 2022 a year of achievement for the team. We believe that everyone should have access to Eye care services, and this is our mission. We have been always rewarded with our partners’ appreciation. Together, we can make a positive difference.
